Analysis and evaluation study of retaining wall structures in a building project in South Jakarta

Abstract Retaining wall type contiguous pile is a structure that serves to hold and stabilize the soil in certain conditions. walls can be deformed by various factors. This research on retaining compares deformation results between actual data, finite element method with Mohr - Coulomb, Soft Soil Hardening parameters, find safety factor based SNI Geotechnical 8460:2017. The result of this value Coulomb modelling closer than field, followed & Soil, Mohr-Coulomb, Soil. difference occurs because there are differences correlation approach undrained used. It was found parameter better other parameters 24.5 mm 1.675 which close data.
